It has only been two months since we re-opened as The Coalition, but we’ve already made giant steps to completing our goals.
Some of the equipment we have added:

- New Bench Tops
- All new TRX Straps and mounts
- New 45lb Barbell
- Three Rogue Westside Butcher Sleds
- Resistance Bands
- Two vertical barbell storage racks
- Microphone (no more yelling!)
- Great new supplements (including vegan protein, LMNT electrolytes, and no-stim pre-workout!)
- ALLLLLL the Swag!
Improvements are still underway, as you may have noticed. Tape removal wasn’t very exciting, nor was patching holes, but paint underway and things are taking shape. We can’t wait to see our space shine.
We have almost finished our first 8-week strength and athleticism program with excellent results. Whether your goal was to add weight to your bench press or squat, jump higher, or gain some mobility, many of you made great strides quickly. WELL DONE!
Our next training program will have some slight changes. Instead of our heavy lifts being back to back, we will mix them into the week.

Our open gym times and family hour have been an enthusiastic success; we couldn’t be happier seeing you get the most out of your membership. We have been glad to see you use our app to see the workout ahead of time or to take the programming with you when you can’t make it in. Sign-ups are going great, so great that we have been able to see which classes have zero members and have been able to let the coach know whether they need to come in for that class. Starting in March, we will cancel a class or open gym if no one signs up 30 minutes before the start time. Of course, we know our regulars and will do our best to send you a message if we think this might be a mistake.
Keep your eyes open for BINGO cards too! Our first mini-challenge will run in April, but cards will be for sale at the end of the month.
